As founder of Modern Vice Shoes, Jordan built a multimillion-dollar handmade leather boots brand that has adorned the feet of Lady Gaga, Kate Hudson, Rita Ora, and countless other celebrities. His expertise extends beyond custom and limited-edition footwear – he's the co-founder of Breaking Hearts & Burning Rubber, a premium women's motorcycle boot and accessories brand, and Archive Shoes, featured in major retailers like Bloomingdales, Revolve, and Free People.

With over 15 years in manufacturing and logistics, Lauren's career launched at Cockpit USA (formerly Avirex Ltd.) where she mastered supply chain management, export operations, and wholesale customer relations. She's orchestrated exports across 5+ continents, partnering with major retailers like Macy's and Bloomingdales, while also managing contracts with the US Department of Defense and Department of Commerce for foreign aid initiatives.

Since joining Modern Vice in 2017, Lauren has driven the Private Label division to 200% growth over five years, while overseeing logistics, import operations, and inventory control across multiple brands. Her expertise spans from establishing Amazon storefronts to managing complex international distribution networks.
